5 channel Amps

I know of the JL and Memphis Belle. Any others?

What do you recommend. I like the sub power of the memphis but the component power of the JL.

I have the memphis belle with all memphis speakers....that is plenty of power for any system in they G... my stuff if loud and powerful and the gain is not even half way up

 

Here's what I've got:
Eclipse Eclipse Amp 4 x 45W/1 x 130w Integrated ; Eclipse EA3532

Does a great job for a "low end" solution ... think it was $349 at Al & Eds Autosound ... plus it was small enough they mounted it underneath my rear deck

 

Very nice choice, lots of power - read an excellent review on it a couple months ago.

 

wow, they have some serious amps. I think I may have revised what I would like to do. perhaps you audio gurus can help evaluate this path:

I believe I would like to continue to use the existing head unit and use a pac aoem-nis to convert my signal for an aftermarket amp. I think I want to ditch the rear speakers and replace the fronts with some focal speakers (not the really expensive ones, something from the middle of their line up). Also I think I would like to run a 10" JL or Diamond sub. I need an amp recommendation (I dont think i need more than 300 watts to the sub and I would like to run just one amp for the fronts and the sub) and to know if i should run new speaker wire to the front doors. Also, is there anything else I need. DO you agree that i should ditch the rear speakers?

i have a boston aucustic 5 channel in mine kinda of expensive but clean power sounds great

 

I just installed my JL 500/5 Amp. I Love it. Great power and low heat. A bit pricy (I paid $700.00) but well worth it. Go for it, no regrets.

 

used Phoexix Gold Reactor 3-6 channels, 253 of 500 made , using 3 channels currently 250x2 and 600-1000 x1 (don't really know into 2 ohms) into the sub
