For those who have ordered their double din A/C controler from Grubbs, they have finally arrived. I spoke to Gary and he said the truck came in today. They are currently unloading the units and will start shipping today for those who have been on back order for a while. He estimated all orders will be shipping by tomorrow.

 

are these for the 03-04's or the 05's? Just clarifying it for other people.......

I'm going to check out a shop in sac called Acme tops and tunes.. they're one of the two top shops here.. I just don't want to have to drive all the way down to the bay area everytime there's a problem

Paradyme, but don't bother with them. They quoted me $2500 to install what Acme quoted me $900 to do.. (kenwood ddx7015 with double din and nav, front components, 2 amps) and they didn't seem very interested. Paradyme said that the reason why it's so expensive was because I didn't purchase my stuff from them. IMO all they had to do was tell me they won't install any product that is not purchased from them instead of discouraging me with a ridiculous install quote. That just makes me think that everything they sell is outrageously overpriced. Don't understand the reasoning behind that. I went to a few other shops while I was in the area and was told that they won't do installs unless the product is purchased from them. I'll probably end up doing the install myself and use the money that I save towards a security system
