To my fellow Double Din guys.. do you take your Face off when you go in for service?

I'm about due for my 11,500 oil change and I was wondering whether or not those of you (obviously the full blown LCD peeps cannot) take your detachable faces off when you go in for service? I just don't want to give a technician any incentive to have fun with my system and/or get butterfingers either.

i would take it off. they are not paid to play with your stuff.

In my last car I didn't and when I got it back, it would always be on a different song or station!!!! Can they make it any more obvious!

Oh and I turned it off before they started.

I've had this problem in every car I've owned, I simply install a kill switch - hidden of course. If you have a single DIN w/ removable face then definitely remove it before the service dept gets their hands on it.
