Quickie Question.

Not another Double Din Question.

Want to do the conversion. Called up Infiniti for a qoute. Not sure if they can install the aftermarket HU. Can the HU be installed after dash is put back together, or does this have to be done first.

You have to take apart the dash to install the HU. There's no way around it...

This IS another DD question.....lol

You could try and install the HU after the dash is put together, you just might have to *lightly* touch up all the scrapes and obcene gashes in your already-fragile titanium painted dash after you try to shove your HU through the DD space.

Sorry, you'll have to do dash disassembly to install HU. You'll want to anyway since there are 10,000 wires back there you'll have to deal with. Remember just don't mess up the AC controller and test it BEFORE you put the HVAC back in there.
