What to I need?

Alright, so I go these 3 speakers, 2 of them are the Kicker 15c (4ohm)... I dont know the third speaker, but I won't be using it. If I just use one of the Kicker 15c 4ohm speakers, what type of amp will i need? and how can I test if this thing even works!?

Thanks for the help

If it has a nominal resistance of 4 ohms, you should be able to check continuity with any Volt/Ohm meter. Next, take your fingers and gently push in at the base of the cone and listen very carefully for any rubbing noise that would signal a warped/burnt voice coil. Last, hook them up to a sound source. Most any amp out there today should work for this speaker, just don't make the mistake of getting one that's too small. More speakers have been wrecked by too little than too much power. because driving a small amp to a level it wasn't designed for will cause distortion that the speaker can't handle.
