Probably because that those who do NOT have navi, also don't have the $2k it will cost to get the hardware (let alone install it).
$400 for DD kit
$1300-1600 for the head unit
Then if you want real speakers, amps and installation tack on more.
That's probably why.
I, on the other hand, am royally PO'd that I didn't find out about the DD kit before I plunked down cash for that POS factory nav. All i have left now is to look forward to an aux video input.![Frown](https://g35driver.com/forums/images/smilies/frown.gif)
I'd gladly gut it like a fish, put in the cubby and trade with someone for a proper double din kit and an AVIC D1 or the like. Any takers?
