After further review...I like this amp better than the memphis one I was looking at. But...this will not fit in my old blose spot in my coupe. So...where can I mount this thing? Is the backseat my only option? Thanks

 

That's where I ended up mounting mine. I built a simple box to cover it for when I need to put the seat down. All in all, working out just fine and looks really good when you open trunk.

Per my PM but for future knowledge and searches, it seems you can get the 500/5 to fit where teh stock bose amp is... with a little work. Right now it seems it may require a little cutting of the underside of the moulded plastic spacing crap to the left of the spare tire and making a new hand screw (that white thing used to secure the spare tire) which allows the spare tire to be secured "off center"
