Will this setup be okay on the stock alt/battery?

I just ordered some stuff from elemental designs for my car stereo and I am wondering if I will need to get an optima yellow top. I will be running 2 amps, so 450x1 to the sub and 150x2 to the front components. I might also keep the stock bose amp to power the bose 6x9s for rear fill. Do you guys think this will slowly drain my stock battery? I don't want any dimming of my lights especially my headlights and I don't plan to blast my music on full volume constantly.

I did a search and found someone with an almost identical setup with the JL 500/1 and 300/4. He asked a similar question but the answers were pretty mixed.

Thanks in advance for any help guys.

Not sure how the alternator compares but in my 1998 M3 I put in an a/d/s 4100 and an a/d/s 840p series (if memory serves right) that's a 4x100 (or 1x700 if you used it as a sub amp like I did) amp and an 8x40 BOTH RMS, NOT PEAK. These two amps drove hard and never impacted anything else. Beyond the amps, the car had a digital EQ, outboard changer and added lighting. Still no impact.

Obviously run seperate wiring from battery with proper distribution is key in such a setup, but with my 1000+ watts of usage, I didn't have any issues. Oh, I never played the setup with the car off for too long - that may have some impact!

Good luck to you!
