Wiring Diagram for 05 DVD-Nav Conversion
I have successfully installed the TVandNav2Go converter for my 05 Coupe. I found the documents that they sent to be peices of the puzzle that I put together. So rather than have the next guy try to figure out where everything goes, I have created a Visio diagram of how to connect up the system.
I simply tapped into the cigarette lighter for Acc. Power and Ground. Works perfectly fine. If anyone has any questions about this, let me know.

Awesome post. I really needed that.
I have installed just like your diagram but I keep getting a scrolling black line in the picture. I think it has something to do with the YS wire, the service manual says its for illumination and sync. I noticed that on your diagram you have something connected to that wire. What is connected there? My converter doesnt have anything to connect there. Is it a simple toggle switch? Thanks!

I have installed just like your diagram but I keep getting a scrolling black line in the picture. I think it has something to do with the YS wire, the service manual says its for illumination and sync. I noticed that on your diagram you have something connected to that wire. What is connected there? My converter doesnt have anything to connect there. Is it a simple toggle switch? Thanks!

Do you have plug and play or not??? If not, your unit is NOT the same are the original unit, so the above wiring will NOT work. You have to tie 2 wires together which is what it should show in the diagram you got. Please call me at 718-763-7367 and I will explain it to you.

Hope all is well. Thanks for the offer but the reason why we don't let customers buy online is because sometimes they order the wrong item for the wrong car. You should have a diagram in the box for the wiring, if not I can fax it. It is a similar idea to what you posted, but the color of the wires will not be the same.
