There is no commercial/passive radar jammer known to work. It is illegal to use anywhere in the USA.
Most states allow laser jammers (and Blinder is the best).

ive researched this for hours, and have found this so far...

radar jammers do not work. to work they would have to broadcast on the cops frequency, and that is illegal. radio waves are governed by the fcc.

a few companies do make jammers that actually broadcast and do work, but they are special order, $1500-3000, and are installed under the seat with transmitters behind the bumper or under it to keep from being caught. you can get certified as a ham radio operator to try to use the "licensed to broadcast loophole", but it is still risky.

some laser jammers do work, as they are governed by the food and drug admin. some scatter the laser, others send a beam back to the cops receiver. not illegal to use these.

Ok seriously, all of the questions you asked have already been covered. This isn't a complicated subject. The links I posted earlier specifically show which ones DO work and which ones DON'T work and which ones work against which bands and I think they even have costs. Active jammers are the only ones that work, they are the ones that broadcast out, and they are illegal (not taking into consideration if you have some HAM license or something) in the entire US. Passive ones don't work, and you can buy them until you're forced to use food stamps to eat.... as in, they are not illegal.

So you make a choice: be illegal and buy+use an active one that works, or be legal and buy a paper wait placebo.

Not much more to it than that.

Using the links I posted above + google I quickly (less than 1 min.) located this page:

http://www.scorpionjammers.com/OrderInfo.html which has the "Scorpion Ultimate KA" referenced in the links I posted above.
