I had a JL 500/1 running 2 eclipse aluminum 10s in my trunk. For the past few months i had taken the subs out of the car. Well, the + and - leads that pluged into the sub box touched together in my trunk and ended up melting the plastic together about 3 inches from the tips of the wires. My 500/1 has a power light when i turn on the car, but when i connect it to my subs, no sound?? what could be wrong, is it fried? Any advice?
