Since there is a lot of talk about the AVIC-D1 on this board, I thought I'd share something I came across this week:



I've had mine installed for a few weeks now and love it! This is a great way to get the D1 from an authorized dealer (read: WARRANTY) at ebay prices.

Cardomain.com Has it for 1149.99 before the rebate soo pretty much 850 If that rebate works for that site. Cardomain says its authorized anyone know for sure.

You were 2 days too late . I just ordered mine from ebay
i asked and no they're not an authorized dealer.
however they provide their own warranty on their products

 

Pioneer lists authorized Internet dealers on their site.

 

And I was doing a GD for N2s on another site, with a free Airware. Nice find, but now Im wondering why my rep hasnt informed of this....

 

If you follow the link it says:

* Pioneer does not authorize any dealer to sell this product on the Internet except Crutchfield, Circuit City and Best Buy.

So I would tend to say no.
