steve how do you get the fiberglass shell to secure to the trunk lid?

I bought some fastners, like whats on the door panels. I glassed them in so I can just pull the part off as one on "click" it in as one.

when you glass, how do u attach the stuff to the car?

makes sense... i guess they're able to support the weight of the fiberglass and the monitors no problem?

how do you hold the monitors in the fiberglass shell? sorry for all the questions steve but this is the first time i've seen somebody DIY a trunk lid setup

EDIT: nevermind, i see you glassed the monitor mounting housings into the lid itself

Update! Finally getting things going! The tub is now in primer and Im giving it a few days to shrink before I shoot it.
While its drying I started the rest of the project. Now you know why I made the gauge console that fits in the upper clock area. I need the one below for something else!! Heres a couple pics of it in primer and some of the cables Ive extended so far.
