i think NV is keeping everything under wraps for now, until the show season starts. his car is a LEGIT show car, and the name of the game on the show scene is being original. sometimes that means keeping the best stuff hidden until the right time lol

I'm not rocking the Dunlop decals yet, but we have a vinyl shop that does all our graphics for the team.

Ok heres a pic. If you notice Im missing a amp I called MB today and they said to send it in. I guess we'll see what happens. All in all Im really happy with how this turned out. Not too bad for a first time. Its hard to see in pics but the whole trunk is tubbed in glass. The black paint doesnt do pics justice.

Pics really dont do this justice. I still have to hook up the neon and get the other amp sorted. The bottle is for a intercooler cooler.

G352NV, Man, I love the thread, and thanks for taking all the photos. I always mean to take photos, and get caught up in the work, so I know how hard that it to stop and photo everything. GREAT STUFF!

Being a fellow do-it-yourself-er, I am just starting to get into fiberglass and wanted to ask you for a few tips on your material if I may. WHere do you get this stuff? HomeDepot? Where do I get the fleece material, and any brands, models that you recommend.

I'm getting up to speed on the fiberglass process, and fully expect to be doing some awesome stuff soon, and help would be great.

Here's some pics of my (2) G35 installs on my 2004 Coupe and now 2005 sedan (I don't have them all with me at work, but would be glad to share them with others that want more ideas, how it went together, Etc - Just IM me).

Keep 'em coming! Install is looking KILLER!

Oh and BTW, you can get all the FG supplies you need at, beleive it or not, CarDomain

Home depot will have very limited supplies, there are a lot of FG products out there and they sorta have to just stock one type, what they have are not the best products for this type of application.

If you are planning on your first FG project here is a good write up to reference:

I get my glass and matte at autozone. Its about 20.00 a gallon. For fleece I get that in the craft section in Walmart, its about 7.00 a yard. Nice install, Im sure you will get the glass thing quick. The key seems to be that your setup work looks finished. Get it perfect then start the glass work. This will save you major time in the end. It also might be a good idea to do some kicks or small stuff first. This way you get a idea of setup time for the glass.
I took a couple more pics tonight. Im really happy with the install. Its hard to see the glass work in the pics because its painted black. But in person its off the chain! The best part is the chit sounds GREAT!
