Anybody know a way to hook up the video ipod to the nav screen?

Anyone know the resolution of the video that comes out of a video iPod?

Like, do you know how much it sucks?

My suspicion is that the video "card" in an iPod is no better than it needs to be to run that postage-stamp LCD.

from what I've read (and has yet to be argued against), the new iPod can output a maximum video resolution of 480 X 480. That's to the external screen. The little built-in screen is 320x240.

The ipod outputs a standard tv resolution of 480i which is what most tv channels are currently at. The quality of it will be excellent on the navi LCD.
