A/C problem after HU installation - help!
I just got my DD kit(including A/C controller) installed today at Z autosound(previously AMS)
anyways, they forgot to solder the LED on the dual climate button. The dual climate button seems to be working though. They promised to fix it next week.
Back to the problem, I find my A/C a little strange after they were done with the installation. 4 hrs before installation, the temp is preset at 69 degrees and would blow cool air(every day before that regardless of night or day). However, after getting back the car, at 69 degrees, the a/c was constantly blowing fullblast heat on me. Its so uncomfortable, it would only blow cool air again when the temp was set to the lowest setting at 60 degrees.
Is there any way to find out if something is wrong with my A/C? could the missing LED have anything to do with it? or maybe the messed something up during the soldering?

pull off your driver side panel under your steering wheel. also pull off the driver side cig lighter panel. There you will see a rubber hose and a 2 harness'. one of the harness is for the cig lighter, and the other one is for auto climate control. also make sure the rubber hose is connected to the plastic housing where it fits into. Very easy fix and very hard to miss.
The installer probably forgot to reclip it when they removed the panels.
Whats happening is the Climate control is not getting any temp reading from that harness so it is constantly thinking it's cold and thus blowing HOT air anything above 60 degrees.
