Well I was driving with my buddy yesterday night and just cruising around town when outta no where my music is gone and the display screen dissappears.......well I'm thinking to myself it just turned off no biggie, but when I turned it back out it was froze and I couldn't change any songs or volume or anything, just had the display showing what cd I was on and kept playing the music.

My buddy asked that I turned the car off , then turn it back on annd everything was back to normal, I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem and how they got it fixed

 

known problem with the stock stereo. it has to be replaced by dealer. it may not ever happen again, it may do other things (one side of the car goes out, only tweeters, only front left, etc, etc). It's a bad logic board in the unit, so any host of things could occur upon failure.
