DvD player recomendation *please*

looking to purchase a dvd player to add tot he glove box, ive been researching the past couple days and i have narrowed down toa couple choices:

http://www.ikesound.com/product-product_id/1942

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...RK%3AMEWA%3AIT

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5842732465&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1
the last one is my favorite so far due to the fact the RCA inputs are in the rear (meaning i could hide a ps2 under my seat)

with this being said im looking for suggestions from anyone, what i want the dvd player for is tod ow hat the PS2 can not, that is, play burned dvd data cd's music video's, mp3 dvd's, VCD, SVCD, DVCD, and all those formats available, and most importantly that the RCA inputs be in the back so that the set up is clean and cableless

Im searching for a DVD player to add in the glove and run rca's to the PS2 slim under the passenger seat - but...yea, not sure which dvd player to buy, there are very limited options out there, btw the budget is about 150$

i was trying to mount my slim PS2 under the passenger seat originally. how did you get it to fit in there? i tried every which way and i couldn't get it to stay without getting messed up by the seat movement (unless the PS2 was so far back that it was almost in the rear seat area

as for the RCA inputs being on the back... you could simply get a video switch and mount it in the glove box next to the DVD player. then you hook the DVD player AND the Ps2 into it, and then send that to the TV&NAv2GO. then you just select which source you want to watch on the switch. it's cheap and effective if you need to hook multiple video sources up to your navi unit.

You can also have a console made to hold the DVD player.

this is the best one bar none:

http://www.cardomain.com/item/BRASD20USB

Amplfied TV Antenna that gets GOOD reception, USB port that you can hook up a HD or thumbdrive or compact flash/SD/Memory stick to play movies/mp3s. and aux input... doesn't get better than that (only if it was black though)

Heres the kicker, it actually fits in the Digitalwheelz Din convertor (glovebox) for a stealth install.

Plays divx and Xvid too.

Got one in mine and it kicks ***.

The amplified tv antenna thing brings up an idea that kinda takes things off topic but...... has anyone put OTA (over the air) HDTV in their cars yet? I record OTA HDTV on my home computer using a non-directional antenna from Radioshack and an OTA HDTV tv tuner card. I'm sure this could be added to car PC at the least, tho maybe standalone tuners are that small you could hook it up to the stock nav system..... Mmmmm, HDTV in the G......

Huh, interesting. In my area (near providence, RI), I can get 6 channels. I'm assuming bigger cities you can do even better.

Here is a site to help you see what stations are broadcasting in digital near you.
