Anyone ever have this problem?

I installed the pac Aux input into my 05 6MT Coupe.

Hooked up the dvd player to see if it was working. It worked but sound only came out of the right speaker and was barely audible on the left(with volume turned all the way up). Figured it was just the cheap DVD player so I pressed on and put everything back together.

Hooked up the Ipod and the same thing. Sounds fine out of the right speaker but virtually nothing out of the left.

Took everything apart again to see if it was a loose connection but everything was snug and tight.

Any suggestions? Bad Pac unit?
