Question for those with AVIC-D1
Are any of you guys able to get radio station/song names to display when using FM radio? I've looked in the manual and don't see anything on it. Don't know if I'm just missing it somewhere or its just not available on this unit. I remember seeing this capability on my friend's AVIC-N1, and since our stock Bose could do it too, I assumed the AVIC-D1 would as well. Am I missing something? Thx.

Hm... that's RDS... I don't know, but check the manual for RDS as a feature (should have an Icon somewhere...). Make sure it's not some wheird display thing, as the D1's Sirius UI has a similar issue.
Wouldn't be surprised if they left it out, I guess... D1 is lower end in a few ways than the N2 flagship.

Hmm...just read this review on the web...
Strengths: gorgeous LCD screen, Plenty of external connectivity, accurate GPS software.
Weaknesses: No RDS, No internal hard drive, No interanl DVD playback capabilities.
