Please help! Removing panel from rear seat back

I've got an '05 coupe and I need to remove the panel from the back of the fold down seat. I started to pull at it, but I didn't want to mess it up. Is this easy to do or even possible? I'm trying to figure out a way to mount my amp. Thanks.
