Hands Free Bluetooth Phone Connection

Has anyone with the hands free phone connection been told that it sound like garbage? Everyone I talk to says that it sounds like I am talking into a tin can with a string on it. It is especially bad at highway speeds. I am using a Moto V3 Razr. I used this same phone with the bluetooth in the Acura TL I had before the G and while it didn't sound perfect it was a lot better than the Infiniti. I am wondering if maybe I repostioned the microphone or even replaced it if that would help. Any one else have this problem?

I've only had the car for a few days but I've used the bluetooth a lot and no one has asked if they were on speakerphone or anything. I told my girlfriend she was on it and she was surprised, she thought I was on my handset.

The mic in the G doesn't seem as good as the TL mic. Forget about having the windows down. I think it's got more to do with my RAZR having $hitty reception than the mic though.
