Last couple of times I've driven, when pulling up the info screen on the stock navi, the maintenance selection is blacked out and cannot be accessed. Fuel economy and trip computer are selectable, just not maintenance. I didn't find an answer in the manual or via search function. Normal?

 

you cant access that part while driving...

try to access it while at a stop light or parked. and yes, its very normal, you're good to go.
