I don't enter in a destination if I know where I am going, but I usually have it up.

Most of the time I leave it up. I like the digital clock on the Nav screen better than the crappy analog one behind the screen.

If my wife is in the car it is up, she hates the analog clock.
I use the DTE function, when I am getting low on gas.
Other than that, I use it when I am in an unfamiliar place.

I have a garmin c330 and I map it to work and back everyday so i can see how many more miles I have to go and it's estimated time of arrival. + it has a top speed gauge, which I've gotten upto 100 mph. I hope it goes higher, but haven't had the chance to speed to much w/all the snow and traffic.

I have mine up most of the time. I did not use to originally since I felt it was useless unless I was lost or did not know where I was going, but now, I actually enjoy having it up and see the map and where I am exactly in respect to where I'm going. I also do prefer the digital clock.

I always leave mine up. I like the way it looks and I like to check my MPG every once in a while. I have also learned the names of streets I drive on but never knew what they were called.

I usually have mine up also, especially when Im low on gas, watching the leaf go up and down is just intriguing....And if I dont have it up when a "ricer/g wanna be" winds up next to me, I always pop it back up so they can see what its like on our side hehe
