For people with amps mounted on the back of the rear seats

I have an 05 sedan w/premium bose and am putting in a 4080 box with an eD 11Ov.2 and a nine.2x. I want to mount the amp on the back of the back seats like I have seen in some installs but there doesnt seem to be alot of anything there to screw it into. Are people like sliding a 1/2 inch piece of composite board behind the grey piece there or doing something different? Also I want to remove the stock sub and leave the hole ported there for more sound in the cabin. Looking where the sub is it looks to be completely covered by a plastic carpeted piece from the bottem. Are people cutting a hole in that plastic piece or leaving it off? Lastly, for people that have put a single sub in their trunk and not used any dynomat or similar stuff, how bad is the trunk for rattles/buzzes? It looks like there is some deadening stuff on the floor of the truck already. Thanks.

My amps are mounted directly onto the backseat w/o a problem. No use of a wood panel or anything to support.

I also simply mounted mine to the backseat with no other supports in my coupe. They only went in last night, so if anything changes and I decide they should have better support, I will update this.

OK after taking a 2nd look in the sedan, it looks a bit different then the coupe as the seats do not go down and there doesnt seem to be much to screw on to there. There is a 1/4" mabey carpeted grey piece with the trunk-to-cabin hole, then a small space behind it, then the seat. Anyone with a sedan that has screwed into just this and have it hold ok? I guess if I am worried I can just slip a piece of wood behind it. Thanks.

My 2 amps are mounted to the rear of the seats, the sub amp is mounted on 1/4 inch MDF that is fastened across a beam in the back of the seats. I don't remember very clearly as it's been some time but no issues whatsoever
