New here...a quick seach was very helpful so here goes.....
My friend just purchased an 03 G35 with the factory NAVI unit....the car was an off-lease purchase from a Mercedes dealer. Here is the problem, the unit has the previous owners home location programed into it and my friend (or the dealer) know how to change it to his address......could you provide some "programing for dummies" version step by step procedures to help this guy out.

 

The best and most accurate step by step instructions would be in the Navi User Guide that should have came with the car when he bought it. Tell him to look for it and read it. Other than that I think the Navi is very easy to use, and mostly self explanatory, just sit and play around, explore.

 

Too bad there was no users guide.....

 

in the 05, dont know if it the same for 03s.

go into settings -> navigation -> address book.

 

I forgot how to do it, but there is a button to reset all the saved destinations. I had my home address in there, but then removed it.
