While checking teh battery links i decide the whack it one more time (just to vent) and the power went back on. I was like WTF and went to start it and it started. Shut the car off and tried it two more time and it turns on. SO now i'm just scratching my head.

can there be anything wrong with the ignition wiring? basically when i try to crank it, that's when the power goes out. i though it was when it is in the "on" position but it happens more often when i try to crank the ignition. After i crank i hear the buzz/click sound similar to when you try to crank the engine without power. a split second later the power goes dead while i'm holding the key in the crank position.
