Re: news on double din dash-not good
Does anyone know if that is the titanium color in the picture?
Also, do all 6mt coupes come with the titanium center dash?

That does seem expensive...but I talked to a local guy about fiberglass....way to $$$$$

I want to put the pioneer NAV-SYS910DVD in.
It has a touch screen/dvd player/navigation/mp3 cd player...costs about 1900 on the internet...
here is the link to it:

Also, the DVD player that contains the navigation dvd would be on the bottom, so I wouldnt mess with the bottom part much.....

Does anyone know if part 68153, the radio bracket, is necessary? Could we use the bracket that holds the current radio?

Thanks

Re: news on double din dash-not good
i bought mine from a japan nissan dealership for 266.60$ plus shipping, i got the titanium dash, the pocket under the radio, the blank under the radio, and the ac controller, i am in the process of talking with them about the metal bracket, there are 6 (thats right 6) versions of the metal dash bracket, some for radio, some for nav, some for radio and nav, etc...,its a big CF, if you know what I mean trying to see if i can use my own. im gonna take the dash out and see if I can use it. the metal brackets are an extra 31.60$, so total would be near 300$ total plus shipping. anyway those arent the parts numbers those are the P/Code, the parts numbers are 10 digits. so i hope this answered some questions, oh yeah I have the numbers too for the black dash but I cant find any for the brown, sorry Ill keep working on that.

Re: news on double din dash-not good
i dont really understand this. Inorder to replace the head unit on the bose we have to get the double din dash because the AC is part of the bose on ours. so inorder to keep AC we need to get that other AC controler thingy and the dash has 2 pockets for a new head unit. am i right or am i not understanding this

Re: news on double din dash-not good
That is correct.

2 pockets.. that's why it's called a "double-din" dash. It'll hold 2 DIN-sized units, or one double-DIN-sized unit.

Also, that other A/C controller thingy does NOT support the dual climate A/C that comes with the premium package -- it'll work, but you lose the dual-zone function.

Is the double DIN part you are discussing for the 03-04 G?
I'm getting a 6mt 05 and need the double DIN part also.
I know the center console trim changed on the 05. Thanks
