anyone got this?

does this works well on the 03 headunit without the SAT button?

http://www.logjamelectronics.com/soundalns1.html

cuz this seems to be the only solution to get AUX into the 03 headunit. or am i better off trying to buy a 04+ headunit from the junkyard and get the PAC audio SAT > AUX converter?

but my question is, how do i switch to AUX on the 03 unit that does not have the SAT button when the following device is installed?

yes that will work. I'm not sure what button you press and/or hold to activate it.

If your trying to be economical I would use a tape adapter and pull the wire back into the HU to hide it, otherwise I would just do a DD conversion in your situation.... Don't mess around trying to buy an 04 unit.
