My 03 did it at around 70k, which was only a few months ago. Luckily, I bought it used and had the extended warranty and got it replaced for free.

30k on an 03??? I put that on the first year I got her!

My 04 did that again yesterday, for the second time. I'm almost out of warranty, so if this happens again, I may just transition to an aftermarket unit. Effing pain...

My just crapped out 3 weeks ago, new Pioneer AVIC D3 going in tomorrow.
Not going to pay $600 or labor to the dealer for a new one

Just ordered my pioneer AVIC D3 and all the fun install components, cables, harness, etc.. Been living with my CD ERR F0 for far too long. I took out the stock bose HU and got out all of my cds, was hoping that it might work after, but same err. I left most of the interior disassembled so I am all ready for the D3 install. can't wait.

wow, mine just happened this month too.....it's strange how a lot of people had this happen recently? Should we file a complaint with Infiniti?

I just installed an AVIC D3 indash nav/dvd/radio/cd player, its a good alternative, but you have to get a new dash kit, since Infiniti used the same motherboard for the headunit and climate controls, once I figure out how to post a pic I will, or you can PM me your email address and I will send you the pic

Better do some research first, i got the D3 installed and got the ipod classic also, but for some reason you cannot play videos on the screen, i think the ipods come now with a new feature that has to be connected to an ipod dock, to play them, music plays fine though. Maybe in an ipod update they will change it, i dont think ipod 5th gen have that problem...

actually, i have decided to return the class for an 80gb ipod video.

does anyone know any quality differences between the two? surprisingly, i read online regarding on how 'bad' the sound is coming from a classic compared to the 5.5 gen?
