Lightbulb

The fact of the matter is that any of them will work for you, some better than others. The Yellow is the best all-around one.

The reds are good too. You can run a dvd player and watch a movie with it. My last car had one with 1500W and 750W Alpine amps, three TV's, etc. I have sat and watched a entire movie without the car running on many occasions and never had a problem with it. All batteries have the ability to do that but the Yellow is MADE to do that as well as have a constant charge. If all you do is drive and never leave the accessories on you should get a Red because it is more like a standard battery and made for large but quick current delivery when you start your car. The blue will work but you will shorten the life of it by using it in your car. It is made to charge then discharge most of the way, recharge and discharge... It makes a good second battery that you can put on an isolator and use for shows and other places where you need lots of current and don't have a charging source but still want to be able to start your car when it is over.

RED TOP is your STARTER BATTERY
YELLOW TOP is your DEEP CYCLE
BLUE TOP is your MARINE

i dont know which application fits your needs, YELLOW (DEEP CYCLE) are made to be discharged and recharged. if this is your main battery i say get the RED someone will say something else i've already been through these arguements many times so i dont really care what they say. just my 2 cents

last time i checked OPTIMA didnt make a battery for the G, but its been a while and i dont get into caraudio much anymore. if you want other options check out the stinger's dry cell

i had to buy a terminal ring for the negative post because the stock one was alittle too big and i had it all the way tightened and i could just pull it off with no effort
