You will just get a little better deep bass response. If you want to make it perfect, you can cut out a couple peices of MDF and glue them inside to take out that 0.10cuft. If you do that, put them in at an angle besides 90 degrees to help reduce standing waves.

as i already mentioned at the beginning of this thread, the box is TOO SMALL for two w6's. You have to modify the box to increase the air space. My shop did this by extending the bottom of box to the bottom of the trunk. It costs me 250 and from the outside, you cannot tell the box has been altered.

wow....you paid $250 for someone to add a few pieces of wood?

The Zenclosure guy probably would have done it if you asked him.

plz help me understand why its too small. I dont know much about car audio. What will happen since the box is .45 cubic feet too small, will it effect the sound or will it hurt the speaker?

I read that for boxes that are too small they can be stuffed to compromise for being too small, anyone know about this true/false?

well when its too small it just wont sound really good. The box is too small because it doesnt have enough air space for such a powerful sub. The sub specifies that it requires a certain amount of air space, and this sub box does not meet that requirement. I dont know what the exact number is... i dunno about the stuffing thing though..
