Knowledge and Tips needed - DASH and PA11-NAS.

I will be doing the install on my Ipod/ PA11-NAS tomorrow(3/16/06) and had some questions for anyone with the answers:

(i have '04 w/ bose, nav, no sat service but i do have the sat button and the all-metal looking console.)

1) DASH: Any trick to/how hard is removing the needed dash/console pieces?

2) STEREO: Does the unit have to be removed or w/ dash cover off it, or can i do a reach around to plug the new unit in?

3) PLACEMENT: the PA11-NAS box/converter thing(white box), where do you recommend putting it? Can it sit behind the radio safely and securely?

4) GLOVE BOX: Does anyone have their ipod stored in the glove box, instead of using the Pro-clip? I don't want the ipod visible, any trick to cleanly wiring it into glove box so no wires can be seen and ipod will sit in glove box when in use?

5) Any other general Dash, Console, or PA11-NAS tips?

6) Anyone have any helpful pictures to post for me?

Thanks in advance for any help....

Looks like your other questions have been answererd.

As for putting the ipod in the upper glove compartment; Do you have NAV? If not then I don't see why you shouldn't be able to put it there....after all, NAV cars have a DVD player with wiring going to the center console..so its the same idea.

And that link is not even the same unit(PA11-NAS) and his ipod location is different. It does have detailed dash pictures(thanks), but thats all that helps in my situation.

And i have NAV so i would like it in the normal glovebox, above passanger's legs.

Anyone have more info on the PA11-NAS?

Well, the glovebox comes out fairly easily, so I think it wouldn't be too bad to follow the NAV wires to the center console.
