Quick Question about Infiniti Stereo

I like the fact that the when you have the radio on to all the station, it will say the title of the songs or the title of the station. But when I put a CD in, it says the title also, but it does not move around. The title of the song just stays there. I am asking does this happen with everyone? I would figure it would be the same as the stereo and scroll from left to right, but it doesnt. Btw, I use Nero to burn my CDs and it does the text automatically. Any help?

I too just got an '06 and was wondering the same thing not too long ago. I press display to get to the title screen and is just sits there, but with the radio it scrolls to see the whole name. I too use Nero to burn my CD's ! It seems that it's just thay way!

The station has to be transmitting RDS- Radio Data service. In our area, 3 stations that I know of transmit RDS and station name and song info scroll across the display. Stations that do not transmit RDS, do not. I have an 03 with Bose.

The head unit isn't a Bose, it's a Clarion. The amplification is by Bose. Correct me if I'm wrong, peeps.

pressing DISP repeatitively with a CD in is your only way of scrolling. It's manual, but its the only way.
