Does anyone have a Treo 650 in the 2006 with the Bluetooth? How well does it work? Any issues? The 700 isn't an option for me yet since my company won't buy it.

 

What company do you work for? Does the company use them or just help employees get set up with them?

The 700 is still only available through verision. I have the Treo 650 and the new Pocket Pc phone from sprint. They both work well with bluetooth but the battery on the 650 doesnt last long when you have bluetooth turned on. I guess it depends on how much you drive. I think the pocket pc sounds much clearer though and I love the phone alot more.

 

I sell Verizon for a living, and I can tell you that they have a bad habit of crippling a lot of the bluetooth features on their phones. We have been unable to get a 650 to work with several newer cars with Built-in Bluetooth. I know that people with the new 700 have had much better luck. If you can get a 700 instead of a 650, DO SO. It's much better all-around. Not to knock the 650, but Verizon disabled a lot of bluetooth profiles on that phone. The Sprint version is not crippled AFAIK.
