So my system is about 95% installed and now I just need to get a better ground hooked up to my amp when I have time and then I need to "tune" the system.

So when it comes to "frequency," I am completely lost. My pioneer AVIC-D1 has Frequency adjustments for "LOW" then "MID" then "HIGH" so each part has about 4 Frequencies to choose from. My Amp has two *****, each with a RANGE of frequencies for the front and rear channels?

I don't even know where to begin with adjusting this stuff. Can somebody give me the break down?

One the one hand, I am amazed that you got this far without knowing any of this. On the other hand, I suspect that there is more debugging left to do.
