i paid about 100. to be honest, ive read that capacitors arent even necessary but i got one anyways for the looks. i could be wrong but thats what i got out of it.

 

this is better than a capacitor. takes power before it hits the battery not after. good combo with grounding wires and/or if you have a stereo system. relieves stress on the battery and the ecu. i can get 'em for $60 if anyone wants one.

That's hot!!! I'm sure the low bass frequency output is really good since the box has enough airspace.

 

I have a question for you people, when I first turn on the car, i hear this whine noise coming from the back. It stays on for a couple min. then goes away and never comes back until the next time i start up my car. Any ideas? It ONLY happens when I first start up the car.
