You will only need to make 4 cable runs instead of eight.

details here:
13 GA 8 COND SPEAKER CABLE
or how about this 9-in-one from StreetWires?
9 Conductor Multi Cable 18 AWG more details here
this would only be one run from the deck to the amp (with remote power included).
appreciate any comments from those with savvy or have tried them...
Stranded wire is stranded wire as far as i'm concerned. As long as the size is appropriate to the load, and you like the aesthetics and price, you're golden.
Either one of those look like reasonable alternatives. Just depends on how much current you will be passing through them. (13GA v. 18GA). Either would suffice for N4S' install. The Dayton being a tad bit of overkill.
Just to be clear, if he were to get the Streetwires he would need to make 2 runs of the cable. One run for input and one run for output.

I personally like SW products. They are a bit pricey, but I like the way they look. I haven't had the pleasure of using their conductors... just distro blocks, fuse holders,etc...
That is a nice and tidy alternative to having spaghetti all throughout your car.
Good call grizz.
