Double Din Screen Choice

Ok here is my question. I'm going to take out my Bose HU, but here is my dilema. What screen should I get? I have to mention that I'm going to be hooking up an HKS Camp system to an aux input so I need a double screen that will allow me to have the input working while driving. I know that there is a bypass for the handbreak but if I go with one that has navigation will that effect the input as far as when the car is moving? I'm assuming that the unit will know the car is moving by the gps unit. So just give me some good options an tell me why I should get it.
