PIONEER AVIC-Z1 question

Sorry guys im not a big tech guy when it comes to navigation and car stereo's. So my question is will this Double din kit CLICK work with PIONEER AVIC-Z1?

Some guy at an audio store told me he was going to make a custom one that matched the color of the center console for like 400, and that for the color was like 100 for a small bottle. Then i seen this one online so....
