I pulled my kenwood ddx 7015 out of my '98 pathfinder. I have the bose system in my '06 coupe and i'm not getting any sound out of the speakers after putting it in. I'm guessing it's because the amp isn't getting a signal from the receiver. Which wire needs to be connected from the receiver to amp. Could it be something else?

 

Did you connect the amp turn on and amp ground at the back of the deck?

I just did an install on a friend's bose 05' and it worked fine...

 

thats what i'm looking for in the harness. which wires are they? is it in the set of wires that don't connect to the head unit?

 

when i installed me 7015 i could only get sound when i put it on the radio.
i moved the antenna wire over to the amp turn on wire from the ddx and then i had sound on all the inputs.

 

If you used an adapter harness there should be a power antenna wire (blue), amp turn on wire (blue/white) and an amp ground (black/white). I connected them all both times.

All the wires are on the two audo harnesses.

 

I'll look at the harness again. The audio is the smaller one right?
