Tracking!

Hey guys, give u guys a lil back ground, I usually track my car once or twice a month...and i am just ADDICTED to it! When i am at the track i forget all my worries, leaving all the unhappiness behind! The point i want to make is every mod that i do to the car is because of one reason, TRACKING!
Anyways heres the thing, I am planning to do some mind mods to my car, Due to budget i have to choice one out of the two....I am either getting a bucket seat or a stiffer anti-roll bar...
The reason i want a bucket seat is because i am sliding everytime i make a turn, and its not easy drive at such high speed in turns and start sliding not the car but U!

Anyways..please gimme some suggestions!

Jason

I've got the Sparco Milano 2 seat, it does make a difference. Look at getting a CG lock for your seatbelt, it helps alot.

Sways are good too, you'll definitely want to get a rear sway eventually, the front actually isn't so bad stock.

The Sparco Milano is a very good seat for you if you also drive the car on the street. Race buckets look cool, but are a phenomenal nuisance if you drive the car regularly.

Adjustable sway bars are the best bang for the buck you can get on this car, and I would highly recommend you make that change. If you only have a choice between the two at this time.....do the sways. (anti roll bars).

get racing bucket seats. since it's once a month...you could afford to take the seat in and out before and after track days. or you could leave it in...it's all your preference. my coworker has a prodrive seat in his suby, it's one of those fixed racing seats...he's pretty comfortable with it on a daily basis.

check out memoryfab, they have some pretty affordable seats.

Having a home track like Mosport and picking up this addiction, I had to retire the G35 from track duty and pick up a cheaper track car that I can afford to roll into a ball.
