I'm pretty sure they'reRPF-01's, but since I bought them used, I don't know for sure.

*I just had my first competetive autoX of the year...I trophied w/ a 2nd place in my class, 2nd only to a Dodge Viper dirven by a national level autoXer ...so I didn't feel to bad.

overall, I love these tires; they hold up really well, and traction is there from the beginning to end of each run (no waiting for the tires to heat up for max traction, and no sign of greasiness at the end from overheating). The only time I felt the tires get greasey was when I was co-driving the car and did 8 runs in a really quick time period...the last 2 runs had a lot of rear end action! (I've done 8 runs in a session when just driving myself, and never experienced this...so I'm not concerned about overheating in normal conditions)

here's a pic of the action:

The Hankooks I have are their C70 rubber, which is a softer compound; lots of ppl use them to set track records or for qualify laps...they'll get greasey after a handful of laps if they're run hard. If you're looking for more of a track tire, get their C50 or C30...they hold up well.

details:
the Hankook Ventus R214's come in 3 different compounds:
C70 (softest), C50 (med), C30 (hardest)

so far these tires have outperformed my expectations...they're stick so well!
