Have you tried Hawk HP+ or Carbotech Panther +? I've yet to get my G out on the track, so not sure which route I'm going with the pad upgrade. But I used Carbotech panther+ (buddy uses HP+) and they worked like a charm. Can't keep them on much longer than the drive home from the track...but they withstand numerous heavy track days just fine.
