Arrow Remove negative battery terminal or fuse?

Hey guys...I'm about to do this tomorrow but I was wondering what you would suggest as my first step...removing the negative battery terminal or removing the headlamp fuse(s)? FYI...My car is equipped with navigation, so I'm afraid disconnecting the negative terminal might screw that up, rather than just disconnecting the fuse(s).

If you'd suggest simply removing the fuse(s), could you please let me know which fuse(s) I should remove?

Thanks fellas.

Just did mine thanks to this diy and the hardest part was unplugging the damn harness.

Exactly my experience as well. What a pain those connectors are!. And the passenger side has VERY little slack to get behind the assembly. Still got it done, but I didnt like the clear city lights. I swapped them for amber colored bulbs. Sweet
