Simple DIY Carbon Fiber Battery Cover

For $28 from ebay. I got these 1.5mm CF Sheet, pre-coated & stiff.
Cut two battery covers one for L & one for R handed battery cover
using regular electric saw.

These are not Sticky overlays like Unlitted Tunning selling for >$150
These are actual CF plates, which replaced the plastic battery cover
& it's about half the weight.

Tabs are cut out to inserted into the back side to lock the cover in place
& front tabs & edges are secured by double sided tape.
The whole project took 2 hrs




Match up with the Engine Cover

Looks great. I have some left over from my strut bar so I am going to try and do the whole covers.

Just noticed the strut bar clears the HKS, that's awesome.

Yea, Thanks, It cleared the HKS S/C with lots of room. no problem.
