I decided to rlwrap the center console in carbon fiber due to the scratches.At the same time since the radio was out i added an acrylic rod where the upper dash meets the lower dash added leds. Its a bit bright but i will have to adjust the brightness with a resistor.What do you guys think?

 

Looks good. The ash tray is backwards, dont know if you noticed that. When I wrapped my Jeep's interior I accidently did the radio bezel opposite of everything else. ocd kicked in for a few days, but I'm over it now. Tell me more about that lighting! I love anything to do with custom lighting.

 

Yeah looks nice. I would stick to a white accent though or a color to match the orange interior subtly.

 

Thank you, it is too bright, i went with red because the exterior of the car is red.But white would be good the orange could be difficult to find the leds.

 

Hey frostbite i know about the ashtray the bottom piece was a trial before doing the radio more complicated.i am going to redo the bottom piece so it also matches the top part.as for the lighting there is a cavity below the top dash iremoved the black plastic trim then i cleaned it with alcohol and stuck a strip of red leds attached the wire to the glove compartment light.The acrylic rod was lightly sanded to difuse the light better. I need to tone down the light a bit it bothers the eyes when you sit.
