DIY: how to mount projectors

this is just a quick DIY on pre 06 model headlights. This is how I've done, it's not the only way to do it, but I found this to be the most accurate rotational wise and also easy to aim with precision.

I will take better pictures when I get my camera...i lost my old one..



here's the stock mounts with the reflector

here's the reflector removed and projectors mounted

here's side profiles



the projector of choice is TSX, what I have done is remove the reflector, drilled holes on the bottom nipple. They are large enough for the bolts to fit through and fasten them with nuts on the stock mounting points. This way the rotating is perfect horizontally.

(it's just for demo, they are not really fastened on there tight)
