Doing something about the drilled holes in a bumper...

Hey everyone, I have drilled holes from the dealer in the bumper of my car... I know there are bumper plugs and what not out, but are there any other solutions? I tried them but do not like the look.

Is it possible to bring my bumper to a shop, have them compound in the holes and just repaint the bumper?

This pissed me off so bad as well, I thought I only had 2 holes but I have 4 1/4" holes in my front bumper. I made 4 bumper plugs myself, there's a really good DIY thread showing you how to make them. All I have to wait for now is the bumper license plate cover that I ordered to fix that. It'll probably look dump with 4 little bumps in the front but I hate having the license plate bracket.

Yeah you are def. going to have to take it to the body shop and have a professional patch up the holes but in that case they ARE going to have to paint the whole bumper again to get all the paint to match up. Sucks man, sorry to hear that happened to you. If I were you i'd take it to a shop and not mess with those bumper plugs, but that's just mho
