Im picking up another grill tonight. Gonna make another one using a different method and product to fill the gaps, depending on how it goes i may start making them for sale. wish me luck

Cool Shane. I was thinking about doing this too, but it took me so long to make the first one, I don't have enough free time.

You'll have to share the different method and product you use.

haha im trying a new material too getting a grill this weekend :-) my last one only took me 5 days maybe fewer i hope to be able to get this done in 2

^sweet good luck to you as well. Mine took a few weeks and i only worked on it maybe 30-40 min at a time.
i got like 3-4 diff ways i am thinking of, just gotta see what i think will work out best when the grill is sitting right in fron of me haha.

the finish makes a big dif. to me the killer chrome seems to be the way to go

ive already sent out my first one to someone, no complaints yet had no issues but let me try this new material i found and shane and i can let you know :-)
